Eltorque

Saves space & weight

Compact, economical units — reduced weight and volume against conventional solutions.

Real-time feedback

Encoder-based sensing instead of limit switches maximises safety and reliability.

Maintenance-free

Designed to last the vessel's lifetime with no scheduled maintenance.

Proven at scale

120,000+ full-electric actuators across a broad spectrum of ship designs.

Valve control system

Operator panel

Beijer X2 Pro 15″ touch panel with custom graphics as standard, Modbus TCP interface, HMI customised to user needs on a standard software base.

Stand-alone

Local control and monitoring via the Valve Control Interface directly — for simpler systems: fishing boats, process systems.

Interactive-remote

A centralised Main / Integrated Automation System controls actuators via the VCI — cruise vessels, Ro-pax, subsea.

Intelligent configuration control — E3C

All configuration in software, no mechanical adjustment: torque curves, open/close speed and positioning, failsafe parameters — set at site or programmed at manufacturing from armature lists. CANopen delivers real-time status on every valve.

Keltron naval electronics

Navigation and underwater electronics for surface ships and submarines, supplied under the Eltorque | Keltron partnership.

Homing System — Torpedo

Underwater active transmitter, 52 Class-D amplifier channels on a hybrid backplane; 21 kHz at 200 W per channel.

Echosounder v3.1

Surface-ship echo sounder — 210 kHz shallow / 33 kHz deep — detecting bottom depth plus silt and sediment layers.

Submarine Echosounder Mk-1

Below-keel depth for submarines to 300 m operating depth; range 0.2–6,000 m.

Submarine Echosounder Mk-2

Below-hull and above-keel to 1,000 m operating depth; range 0.2–10,000 m, 1 MHz channel for shallow work.

Sonar power amplifiers

Linear and digital, with overload/overcurrent protection, remote on/off and FDFL — PWM full-bridge and hybrid IC builds.

EM Log v3

Speed through water, ±0.2 kn below 10 kn, 2% above; MMR or GPS calibration; meets IMC accuracy regulations.

Data Distribution Unit

Interface between ring-laser gyros / INS and navigation or fire-control systems — digital, analog and proprietary signals.

Retransmission Unit v3

Buffered RS422/RS232 NMEA channels plus synchro, resolver, DC/AC linear and frequency interfaces.
